Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

VoiceCleaner is an iOS and iPadOS app that removes background noise from recordings using an on-device neural network. This policy explains what information the app can access, how it is used, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at voicecleaner@agileedge.com.

2. Information we do not collect

VoiceCleaner does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your recordings, audio files, or videos
• Your name, email address, contacts, or location
• Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics
• Crash reports or diagnostic logs sent to us

The app does not operate any servers of its own and makes no network requests other than those made by Apple's App Store services described below.

3. On-device processing

All noise reduction happens locally on your iPhone or iPad. Audio you record or import never leaves your device as part of using the app. Temporary working files are stored in the app's private sandbox and are deleted when no longer needed or when you remove the app.

4. Device permissions

VoiceCleaner asks for the following permissions only when a feature needs them. You can change these at any time in the iOS Settings app, and the app continues to work with the features you allow.

• Microphone. Used only while you record audio in the app. Recordings are saved locally and are never uploaded.
• Photos library. Used when you choose a video from your library and when you save a processed video back to it. The app uses Apple's system picker, which shares only the item you select.
• Files. Used when you open an audio or video file from the Files app or save a processed file to a location you choose.

5. In-app purchases

VoiceCleaner offers an optional one-time Premium purchase that unlocks full-length processing. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details, and we do not see your Apple ID. Apple may share limited, non-identifying transaction information with us so the app can confirm your purchase. Apple's handling of this data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

6. Data retention

Because we do not collect personal data, we have nothing to retain on our side. The only persistent information the app stores on your device is a flag indicating whether Premium has been purchased. Files you save stay wherever you saved them and are under your control.

7. Children's privacy

VoiceCleaner does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, and no data submission features.

8. Third-party services

The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or social SDKs. The only external services involved are Apple's App Store and StoreKit, used for purchases and purchase restoration.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Since VoiceCleaner does not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to provide or delete. Removing the app from your device deletes all of its local data. If you believe we hold any information about you, contact us and we will respond promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the app's features change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
